With our changing lifestyles, sleep disorders are getting very common. Sleep disorders take the serious form when sleep problem begins to occur regularly. Insomnia is the most common sleep disorder experienced by most of the individuals. Insomnia is the inability of sleeping. Due to insomnia, you do not awake in the morning refreshed. Instead you feel even more exhausted and tired. Other symptoms of insomnia include fragmented and restless sleep, waking up during the night and exhaustion during the day. There can be many reasons for insomnia. These include lack of activity or too much coffee. Insomnia also leads to other health problems such as stress, anxiety, and depression etc. The best thing about insomnia is it can be cured easily just with changing life style. Another common sleep disorder is sleep apnea. In sleep apnea what happens actually is that you feel trouble in breathing due to blockage of upper airways. This trouble in breathing awakes you each hour. Although the person experiencing sleep apnea do not remember this troubled breathing in the morning, but its impacts are obvious in other ways such as exhaustion during the day, depression, headaches, chest pain and low energy.
